As winter wraps its chilly arms around us, remember we actually have one whole additional day of February to face (YES 2024 IS A LEAP YEAR!)! But hey, no reason we can't stay super comfy and glowing, right?
Here's your go-to guide for keeping everything from your toes to your soul toasty and bright, no matter how much the temperature drops.

PHYSICALLY FAB
🥶 Get Moving Indoors: Just because it's cold doesn't mean we have to stop moving. Try "maximum energy" housework, dance around your living room, or even find some fun workout videos online.
🥶 Eat Warm, Feel Warm: Soup season is upon us! Get those veggies in with some delicious stews and teas to keep you feeling warm and nourished.
🥶 Skin Love: Dry winter air? Not on our watch. Moisturise like it's your job and slap on some SPF for those sunny winter days.

MENTALLY MAGNIFICENT
🥶 Stay Social: It gets dark early, but that doesn't mean we have to feel dark inside. Text, call, or video chat with friends and family to keep the vibes high.
🥶 Pick Up a Hobby: Ever wanted to learn knitting or finally get into painting? Now's the perfect time to start a new outlet for all that hidden creativity.
🥶 Chill on the Screen Time: Try to break up your Netflix marathons with some reading or puzzle-solving (e.g. sudoko) to give your brain a different kind of treat.

EMOTIONALLY ENRICHED
🥶 Gratitude is Everything: Take a moment each day to think about what you're thankful for. It's like a warm hug for your heart.
🥶 Hang out with a furry friend: Cuddle up with a furry buddy – guinea pigs are my go-to! If you can't have one, borrow one, or maybe volunteer at a local shelter.
🥶 Rest is Best: If winter makes you want to nap more, go for it! Your body knows what's up, so listen to it.

SPIRITUALLY SPARKLING
🥶 Mindfulness Moments: Even just a few minutes of meditation or quiet reflection can make a huge difference. Find your calm in the chaos.
🥶 Nature Time: Brave the cold for a quick walk. A little bit of nature can do wonders for your spirit.
🥶 Community Vibes: Doing good feels good. See if there's a local group you can join or a way to help out around your area.
